WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - President Barack Obama hailed the Supreme Court ruling upholding his health-care overhaul plan, saying it would make ordinary citizens more financially secure. The ruling "reaffirmed a fundamental principle that here in America, in the wealthiest nation on earth, no illness or accident should lead to any family's financial ruin," Obama said in a brief statement from the White House. Obama said he did not want to re-fight the political battles waged two years ago to enact the measure. "It is time for us to more forward to implement, and where necessary improve on, this law," Obama said.
