AIR FORCE

BAE Systems, Nashua, N.H., is being awarded a $366,547,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 70 Digital Electronic Warfare Systems (DEWS)/Common Missile Warning Systems (CMWS) and spares; three DEWS/CMWS test stations and associated spares; and data. This effort is in support of the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15S to F-15SA conversion. Location of performance is Nashua, N.H. Work is to be completed by Nov. 31, 2018. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

NuStar Marketing, L.L.C., San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $36,393,732 for aviation turbine fuel. Other location of performance is also in San Antonio, Texas. Using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy. There were three responses to the Web solicitation. Universal Sodexho, Tacoma, Wash., was awarded a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity bridge contract with a maximum $36,000,000 for maintenance, repair and operations prime vendor for the Korea region. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. There were four responses to the Web solicitation. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is March 31, 2013. NAVY

Rolls Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a $25,000,000 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-09-D-0020) for contractor logistics support and technical engineering support services for the Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft propulsion system, which includes the AE 2100D3 turboprop engine and the R 391 propeller. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed in February 2013. Contract funds in the amount of $25,000,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded an $18,408,108 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide engineering and technical support for the UK Trident II Missile Systems. The contractor will provide technical planning, direction, coordination, and control to assure that the United Kingdom Fleet Ballistic Missile Program requirements are identified and integrated to support planned milestone schedules and emergent requirements. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif. (70.8 percent); St. Mary's, Ga. (13.3 percent); Coulport, Scotland/Aldermaston, England (9.3 percent); Cape Canaveral, Fla. (2.8 percent); Cocoa, Fla. General Dynamics, Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $15,426,985 firm-fixed-priced contract for preparation and accomplishment of the fiscal 2012 dry-docking continuous maintenance availability of USS Annapolis (SSN 760). The contractor will perform advance planning, design documentation, engineering and design efforts, prefabrication, and shipyard execution work necessary to prepare and accomplish maintenance and modernization work supporting USS Annapolis to return the mission ready submarine to the fleet. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn. (95 percent), and Quonset Point, R.I. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2012. General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $9,839,411 modification to existing contract (N00024-11-G-4319) to support nuclear submarine and carrier repair work at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard during on-going availabilities. This contract is for skilled tradesmen support to submarine and carrier maintenance availabilities scheduled at the shipyard. Ships scheduled to undergo repairs include the SSN 737 (USS Kentucky), SSBN 735 (USS Pennsylvania), SSN-21 (USS Seawolf), SSN 22 (USS Connecticut), SSGN 726 (USS Ohio), SSGN 727 (USS Michigan), and CVN 76 (USS Reagan). Craig Technologies Consulting, Inc.*, Melbourne, Fla., (N65236-12-D-3815); Gstek, Inc.*, Chesapeake, Va. (N65236-12-D-3816); INDUS Technology, Inc.*, San Diego, Calif., (N65236-12-D-3817); Mandex, Inc.*, Fairfax, Va., (N65236-12-D-3818); PMILS, L.L.C.*, Frederick, Md. (N65236-12-D-3819); and Technical & Project Engineering, L.L.C.*, Kingstowne, Va. (N65236-12-D-3820), are being awarded a $9,571,641 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance-based, multiple award contract to provide program management and integrated logistics to support the Navy, and other Department of Defense and federal agencies. These contracts include options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these contracts to an estimated $47,858,205. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C. (86 percent), and Washington, D.C. (14 percent), and is expected to be completed by April 2013. If all options are exercised, work could continue until April 2017. General Dynamics Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $9,400,000 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-06-C-2303) to exercise an option for DDG 1000-class services. This contract modification provides additional class services associated with the detail design and construction of DDG 1000-class ships. Work will provide technical and industrial engineering in the interpretation and application of the detail design to support construction and the maintenance of the ship design. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to completed by May 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Detyens Shipyard, Inc.*, North Charleston, S.C., is being awarded an $8,108,084 firm-fixed-price contract for a 55 calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189).
