CONTRACTS
AIR FORCE
Honeywell International, Inc., Tempe, Ariz., is being awarded a $73,223,148.00 firm fixed price contract for sole source overhaul/repair and spares in support of the following weapon systems: A10, B1, B52, C130, C135, C141, C5, E3, F15, F16, and KC135. The locations of the performance is Tempe, Ariz., Tucson, Ariz., Torrance, Calif. and Phoenix, Ariz. Work is to be completed by April 30, 2014. 848 SMCG/PKAC, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. is the contracting activity (F34601-00-D-0371-P00089).
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., (NGSC), Herndon, Va., is being awarded a $24,492,894 cost plus incentive fee, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract for missile applications software support contract which delivers the Dynamic Application and Rapid Targeting (DARTS) planning software. The location of the performance is the U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. Work is to be completed by Sept. 30, 2016. 55 CONS, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., is the contracting activity (FA4600-12-D-0001).
Hawker Beechcraft Corp., Wichita, Kan., is being awarded an $8.5 million dollar firm fixed price contract for six months of contractor logistics services. Effort includes total maintenance, logistics for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft and associated ground support equipment. The location of the performance is Wichita, Kan. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2012. ASC/WINK, Wright Patterson Air Force Base is the contracting activity (FA8620-11-C-3000 P00012).
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Hitachi Medical Systems America, Inc., Twinsburg, Ohio, was issued a modification exercising the third option year on contract SPM2D1-09-D-8331. The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $96,000,000 for radiology systems, components, upgrades, accessories, and installation. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. There were forty-eight responses to the Web proposal. Type of appropriation is FY11/FY12 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is March 29, 2013. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.
General Electric Co., Waukesha, Wis., was awarded contract SPM2D1-12-D-8310. The award is a firm fixed price contract with a maximum $78,000,000 for Digital Imaging Network-Picture Archive and Communication Systems, components, system options and accessories, upgrades, training, maintenance services, and turnkey installation. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. There were ten responses to the Web proposal. Type of appropriation is FY12 through FY17 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is March 26, 2017. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.
Mills Manufacturing Corp., Asheville, N.C.,* was awarded contract SPM4A7-12-D-0082. The award is firm fixed price, partial set aside, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $54,928,380 for low cost, low altitude parachutes. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. There were seven responses to the FedBizOPps proposal. Type of appropriation is FY12 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is March 24, 2013. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Va.

The award is firm fixed price, partial set aside, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $22,237,742 for low cost, low altitude parachutes. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. There were seven responses to the FedBizOPps proposal. Type of appropriation is FY12 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is March 24, 2013. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Va.
Rainier Petroleum Co., Seattle, Wash.,* was awarded contract SP0600-12-D-0352. The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $11,388,320 for barge delivery of marine gas oil for ships' bunkers. Other location of performance is in Oregon. Using services are Army, Navy and federal civilian agencies. There were thirty-five responses to the full and open solicitation. Type of appropriation is FY12 through FY15 Defense Working Capital Funds. The date of performance completion is April 30, 2015. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.
Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was awarded contract SPRPA1-06-G-002G-TH07. The award is firm fixed price, sole source contract with a maximum $6,676,911 for procurement of receiver transmitters. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Navy and Air Force. There was one proposal with one response. Type of appropriation is FY12 Army and Navy military inter-departmental purchase requests.
