Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert announced today the following assignments:
Rear Adm. Richard B. Landolt will be assigned as director, J3 Operations/Cyber, U.S. Africa Command, Stuttgart, Germany. Landolt is currently serving as director for international engagement, N52, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
