By Ahmed Rasheed BAGHDAD, Dec 16 (Reuters) - The Iraqi cabinet on Tuesday drafted a law allowing troops from Britain, Australia and a few other countries to remain beyond the end of the year, government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said.
