This is the first time that she has been in the lead. It is a small, margin of 46-43% but the poll also shows that she has increased her favorability rating. On the other side of the equation, she still has the biggest negative of any of the candidates. In June she had a 45-44% lead, but that is statistically a tie and back in May Giuliani had a lead of 49-40% --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
