John Warner of Virginia, left, and Chuck Hagel of Nebraska's retirements open up two key Senate races.Democrats took back both houses of Congress last November, but they hold razor-thin majorities. In the Senate, they hold a 51-49 margin. Their advantage in the House is a couple of percentage points better, 233-202.
