Party officials discovered the unauthorized credit card after comptroller Kimberly Bostic, 29, left her job in January. The lawsuit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis, says National City issued Bostic the card after Bostic submitted a letter of authorization on party letterhead containing the stamped signature of the wrong party officer.
