Nearly a year and a half before the general election, we are already in the midst of the horserace. On the right side of the aisle, straw polls just in from Iowa have already shown what anyone who can read the nonverbal writing on the wall would have already known from watching the most recent debates (see the Huffington Post blog of the debate): that Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee can connect with voters.
