http://www.mydd.com/story/2007/8/24/145547/599There's a quiet revolution going on in Colorado as more and more Democrats are being drawn to the "politics of service" model we've been pushing through Democrats Work. Last week over 30 volunteers joined three Congressional candidates running for Mark Udall's seat - Joan Fitz-Gerald, Jared Polis, and Will Shafroth - to cleanup and do some weeding at an open space in Broomfield, which is between Denver and Boulder. You know, like this:On Saturday, dozens of Democrats from in and around Denver will plant over 70 trees in the Villa Park neighborhood. We hope you'll join us, the Denver Dems, the Colorado Young Dems, the Denver Young Dems, candidates and elected officials if your in the area. All of the details are here.
