Trusting democracy at election time« Thread Started on Jul 15, 2007, 9:16pm » --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Trusting democracy at election timepublished: Sunday | July 15, 2007 read at source> http://www.jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/ ... htmlRobert Buddan, ContributorVoters need electoral systems through which to elect their representatives to Parliament.
