Associated Press - June 2, 2007 1:03 PM ET WASHINGTON (AP) - Democrats say President Bush's newest strategy to combat global warming is "shifting from denial to delay."The president proposed this week that the US and other nations that spew the most greenhouse gases meet and set a long-term strategy for reducing emissions. Each country -- including India and China -- would set goals on how to improve energy security, reduce air pollution and cut greenhouse gases over the next couple of decades.
