'the people' are in charge and are the ultimate authority of the nation and is in theory can veto and have authority even over the president or supreme court as the current majority electorate as a whole can overrule any supreme court of justices appointed by any presidents of the past if 'they' as a majority do not agree with the justices so that the population majority always has authority over any courts or over any administration.accountability and oversight should be pursued aggressively to ensure optimal integrity in government administrations and the courts with proper accountability for destruction or modifications of documents, paper trails, processes, archives, communications etc etc regarding the governance and adminstration of government posts
