ADVERTISEMENT The Justice Department in its statement said its program aims to ensure public confidence in the integrity of the election process. "(Voting) is the cornerstone of American democracy," the federal agency said. "We all must ensure that those who are entitled to the franchise exercise it, while those who seek to corrupt it are brought to justice."U.S. Attorney Leonardo Rapadas urges anyone who suspects election fraud to report it to his office immediately. REPORT ELECTION FRAUD Reports of fraud and abuse can be made by calling Assistant U.S. Attorney Marivic P. David at 479-4120 or 479-4144. Call FBI Special Agent Kevin Peterson at 472-7422.
