The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center (VT PTAC) will offer a free webinar on government contracting through the 8(a) Business Development Program. The 8(a) Program offers contracting assistance to small businesses owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
The webinar will explain eligibility and compliance requirements, marketing strategies, and the meaning of government "set-asides."
