Tonight we may ring in the New Year, but it also marks the deadline for Democrats to report fundraising totals to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). The Republicans, the media and the pundits like to use those 2011 Year-End fundraising totals as a measure of our strength and determination to win in 2012.
