Senior Executive Service Announcement


Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced today the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointment and reassignment:
Lynne E. Baldrighi has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service as director, HR strategic programs and advisory services, defense civilian personnel advisory services, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness), Washington D.C. Baldrighi previously served as foreign policy analyst, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.
Timothy C. Carr has been assigned as regional director, central, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Irving, Texas. Carr previously served as deputy regional director, central, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Irving, Texas.
