**Members are advised that the House is expected to be in session during the week of December 12, 2011. This is a change from the Republicans’ previously announced schedule. Members are advised to make their travel plans flexible because the House could be in session for a five day work week. Additional information regarding the schedule and timing of votes will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
The Rules Committee may meet next week on the following measure:

· H.R. 1633 – Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act of 2011. We expect a Structured Rule and Amendments must be submitted to the Rules Committee by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011.
