Secretary of State Hillary Clinton traveled to Arkansas to talk about American leadership during a challenging time for the global economy . She was the featured speaker at the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service. Prior to starting her planned remarks, she commented on the killing of Anwar al-Awlaki’s death. Secretary Clinton says we are all safer because of it. The speech is part of The Frank and Kula Kumpuris Distinguished Lecture Series at the school.
