U.S. diplomats wrapped up two days of talks on human rights issues with Chinese representatives. Heading the U.S. delegation was Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner who spoke with reporters. He discussed progress that was made, as well as other issues involving U.S.-China relations including global climate change and the nuclear programs of North Korea and Iran.
