Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Mary Jo White talked about the structure and processes at the commission. She said one of her highest priorities was to complete the Dodd-Frank rule-making process as quickly as possible, including the Volcker rule placing restrictions on banks. She was interviewed by Francesco Guerrera, with the assistance of John Bussey, and responded to questions from members of the audience. "Securities and Exchange Commission, Change at the Top: What's in Store for Disclosure and Accounting Rules?" was part of the Wall Street Journal's CFO Network annual conference, held at the Park Hyatt Washington.
