He would not comment on Lois Lerner's, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) director of Exempt Organizations, decision to take the Fifth Amendment at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing. He reiterated President Obama's commitment to cooperating with the investigation and vowed to hold those responsible.
