President Obama on Counterterrorism and U.S. Foreign Policy

President Obama spoke about a range of U.S. counterterrorism issues including controversial drone strikes, the Guantanamo Bay prison and detention of terrorist suspects, security at diplomatic missions abroad, the role of foreign assistance in international security, and the future role of military force in efforts to counter terrorist threats. During the speech he was heckled by a woman in the audience several times before holding his remarks until she was escorted out.
