LIVE SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE 10a Judiciary Bills and Nominations/Full Committee Markup The Senate Judiciary Committee will continue its markup of immigration bill. Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) will continue to recognize Members wishing to offer amendments to the legislation. More than 300 amendments have been filed. The bipartisan immigration bill was first listed on the Committee s agenda earlier this month. It was held over for further review, and will be online a total of three weeks. The legislation was also the subject of three hearings in April.
