Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY) talked about their joint immigration bill with reporters at a [Christian Science Monitor] event. Among their comments they said they and six other members of the "Gang of Eight" senators working on the legislation would be open to amendments to address national security following the Boston Marathon bombings.
