Former Kansas Govenor and Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Sebelius said she would jump at the provisions offered to states if she were still governor. She outlined key changes under the new health care law, saying it “builds on the health care insurance system that we already have." The changes include "common sense rules" to ensure health insurance companies treated patients fairly and the creation of an insurance market and provide tax credits to help make insurance more affordable.
