Speaking from the Department of Homeland Security HQ, Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen said BP is capturing about 15-thousand barrels of oil a day from its broken well at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. Admiral Allen also talked about the claims process for those impacted by the BP spill.
