NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stocks started higher on Wednesday, lifting the Dow Jones Industrial Average back into positive territory for the year. Up 0.5% from the end of 2010, the Dow industrials climbed 65.31 points to 11,625.26. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index added 7.57 points to 1,220.49. The Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 15.90 points to 2,591.93.
