Bernanke Warns Congress Must Act
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke cautioned that the central bank's powers are "somewhat limited" and that much of the responsibility for new measures to stimulate economic growth lay with Congress, CNN reports.

Said Bernanke: "Most of the economic policies that support robust economic growth in the long run are outside the province of the central bank."
