DHS/ICE-PIA-007 Law Enforcement Intelligence Fusion System (IFS) November 17, 2008 (PDF, 20 Pages - 203 KB) The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Law Enforcement Intelligence Fusion System (IFS) enables ICE and other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) law enforcement and homeland security personnel to analyze volumes of information from multiple data sources through a single web-based access point. All IFS activity is predicated on ongoing and valid homeland security operations, law enforcement activities, and intelligence production requirements. IFS was formerly known as the ICE Network Law Enforcement Analysis Data System (NETLEADS). ICE has completed this Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to provide additional notice of the existence of IFS and publicly document the privacy protections that are in place for IFS.
