ETA - Advisories - Training and Employment Guidance Letters (TEGL) for United States Department of Labor. This information has recently been updated.
TEGL 37-10 -- Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Appropriations Act Provisions on the Designation of Local Workforce Investment Areas has been added to the ETA Advisory database and is now available at http://wdr.doleta.gov/directives/corr_doc.cfm?DOCN=3053.
