Feingold Would Be Favored If He Ran Again
A new Public Policy Polling survey in Wisconsin finds former Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) would be the clear favorite if he chooses to run for the seat of retiring Sen. Herb Kohl (D-WI).

In hypothetical match ups, Feingold leads Tommy Thompson (R), 52% to 42%, Mark Neumann (R), 53% to 41%, JB Van Hollen (R), 53% to 38%, and Jeff Fitzgerald (R), 54% to 39%.

Feingold wins independents by at least 9 points in all of the match ups and takes more than 90% of the Democratic vote while keeping the Republican candidates in the 80s within their own parties.
