Marcel L. Lettre II has been assigned as special assistant to the secretary of defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Washington, D.C. Lettre previously served as the principal deputy assistant secretary of defense (legislative affairs), Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Legislative Affairs), Washington, D.C.
