The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignments:
Brig. Gen. Edward M. Minahan, commander, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, Air Combat Command, Southwest Asia, to principal director for Middle East Policy, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Brig. Gen. Jeffrey G. Lofgren, deputy director of operations, Headquarters U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., to commander, 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, Air Combat Command, Southwest Asia.
Brig. Gen. Kenneth E. Todorov, director, Standing Joint Force, Headquarters U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., to deputy director, J-3 (Protection), U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
