Stand with workers April 4th!

Stand with workers April 4th!
No doubt you've heard about the ongoing attacks on middle-class workers that have been happening in Wisconsin, and the impressive movement that has been building as a result.

This has implications far greater than Wisconsin, however. There have been attempts by Republicans to ban collective bargaining by public employees in a number of states across the country, and Democrats have worked hard to stand up for public employees like teachers, police officers and fire fighters and their right to collective bargaining.

As Democrats, we want to show our support for these workers, which is why we're partnering with the AFL-CIO for their "We Are One" rally. April 4th, from 5:30-6:30 outside the Labor Temple in Sioux Falls. To RSVP to the event, reply to this message.

Help send a message that we expect elected officials to create jobs, not make it harder for employees to keep theirs.

Hope to see you next week!

--Angie

P.S. What's better than attending a rally? Bringing a friend along! Be sure to spread the word to anyone you know who cares about standing up for hard working families.
