SAN JUAN, PR -- Federal officials and private organizations remind Puerto Rico residents that disasters can strike anytime and anywhere. This is the National Tsunami Awareness Week, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Puerto Rico Seismic Network urge all citizens who live along coastlines to take the threat of tsunamis seriously.
