Continue Consideration of H.R. 1 – Fiscal Year Continuing Appropriations Act for FY2011 (Rep. Rogers (KY) – Appropriations) H.R. 1 is a continuing resolution that would fund federal departments and agencies for fiscal year 2011. It provides $1.029 trillion in non-emergency discretionary funding for fiscal year 2011. It contains a fully funded Defense appropriations bill with other programs and agencies funded through a continuing appropriations resolution.

The House has propounded a unanimous consent agreement, providing for consideration of 129 amendments under set time allotments. 121 amendments will be considered with 10 minutes of debate, evenly divided between the proponent and opponent of the amendment. 4 amendments will be considered with 20 minutes of debate, evenly divided. The Jordan amendment (#104) and the LaTourette Amendment (#540) will be considered with 30 minutes of debate, evenly divided. The King amendment (#273) will be considered with 40 minutes of debate, evenly divided. The Rehberg amendment (#575) will be considered with 60 minutes of debate, evenly divided.

The House is expected to begin debate on the Rehberg amendment (#575) after one minute speeches at 9:00 a.m. Amendments do not need to be offered in the order that was set in the unanimous consent agreement.
