MEETINGS

I hope you'll join us this weekend for our Executive Committee meeting in Los Angeles. All members are welcome to attend and help us canvass and contact voters on behalf of Assemblymember Ted Lieu, who is running to fill Senate District 28, left vacant by the passing of late State Senator Jenny Oropeza at the end of October.

-Saturday, March 26th
CYD will host a Labor Summit with statewide leaders and local leaders. It will be a conversation about where the labor movement is
going.

ONLINE TRAININGS

Fundraising: You’ll need money to accomplish the goals of your organization and put together quality events. There are ways to do things on the cheap, but you’ll need some funds to cover your basic expenses. We’ll explain some tactics for raising money, how to handle your club expenses, and the legalese of putting together your fundraising plan.
