**Important PAYD Notices
Dear Pennsylvania,
Wow - its hard to believe that its been almost two years since our administration began. It has been such a fun ride and working with everyone in the commonwealth has given PAYD the ability to have one of the most successful and record shattering years we've had. That's because of YOU! Now as we begin 2011 we must begin the task of preparing for the next statewide leadership team and other organizational procedures consistent with our bylaws.
More details will follow as the weeks and months progress, but please be aware that at the Democratic State Committee meeting this June (location and other info to follow), we will be **holding elections for the following PAYD offices:
1.) President,
2.) Executive Vice-President (cannot be from same county as the President)
3.) National Committeeman
4.) National Committeewoman (cannot be from the same county as National Committeeman)
5.) Treasurer
6.) Recording Secretary
7.) Corresponding Secretary
8.) Parliamentarian
9.) Central Regional Vice President
10.) Eastern Regional Vice President
11.) Western Regional Vice President
Please also consider this the notice for a subsequent **Constitutional Convention in May of 2011 to consider changes to the PAYD Constitution to be put in place after the June 2011 election.
In addition, there will be two meetings to formally and informally discuss the potential changes to the PAYD Constitution including at the February 2011 state committee meeting and at a State President's Meeting / Regional Meeting to be scheduled in conjunction with a canvass for the March 15 Senatorial Special Election.
**If any county or other chapters in the commonwealth have experienced any kind of change in leadership in your organization, PLEASE respond to this e-mail with the necessary changes in an effort for us to help better manage what's happening around Pennsylvania.
Thank you all so much for your help and cooperation. Onward and upward!
For the cause,
Chris Benson, Corresponding Secretary
