North Korea: GAO Studies DPRK Refugees Living in the U.S., Plus New RAND Report Analyzing North Korea's Nuclear Weapons Program
The North Korea MiPAL has been updated with a Government Accountability Office report examining the status of North Korean refugee resettlement and asylum in the U.S., a Council on Foreign Relations article analyzing China's approach to North Korea, and a RAND Corporation report, prepared for the National Defense University, assessing possibilities regarding the size and character of the North Korean nuclear weapon threat, how North Korea might use its nuclear capabilities, and what impact North Korea's nuclear behavior may have in the region and in the international community.
