The Europe and Eurasia Regional Policy Overview has been updated with a statement by President Obama, the President of Russia, and the President of France on their commitment to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, a Heritage Foundation report analyzing the implications of the European Union bailout for the U.S., a Real Instituto Elcano report presenting background on the development of the European Union's Internal Security Strategy and analyzing possible interpretations of the document, a German Marshall Fund of the United States report assessing the European Union's shifting approach to Belarus, a hearing before the Helsinki Commission examining commonalities in the U.S. and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's approaches to global threats and European security, and a European Union Institute for Security Studies report outlining the basic guiding principles of the European Union's foreign policy and providing recommendations for how these principles should be applied in a set of priority areas.
