The North Korea MiPAL has been updated with remarks by the Secretary of State endorsing South Korea's call on North Korea to come forward with the facts regarding the Cheonan incident and to stop its threatening behavior, as well as the Secretary's remarks with the Japanese Foreign Minister detailing U.S. and regional reactions to the sinking of the Republic of Korea vessel, and a U.S.-Korea Institute at SAIS report recommending the incorporation of a human rights agenda as a centerpiece of U.S. efforts to pursue peace in North Korea.
