FEC MAKES PUBLIC A REVISED DRAFT OF ADVISORY OPINION, EXTENDS THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

WASHINGTON - The Federal Election Commission has made public a revised draft of Advisory Opinion 2012-30 and extended the public comment period until noon on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. The Commission discussed a previous draft of Advisory Opinion 2012-30 at its August 23 open meeting and decided to make public a revised draft based on comments on behalf of the requestor and on the discussion at the table.
