Mitt Romney's raising millions with some well-known members of the Bush administration, but he doesn't want you to know.
Last week, Romney went all the way to Wyoming to attend a multi-million dollar fundraiser held for him at the mansion of none other than former Vice President Dick Cheney.
But here's the curious part: His campaign gave strict orders banning reporters from taking any photos of him and Cheney together.
He really thinks he can trick the American people into thinking he's not going to go right back to the Bush days -- and it's Democrats' job to spread the truth.
Help fund that work right now, and through these critical final months of this campaign. Make a donation to help Democrats today.
More than 250 wealthy supporters flew out to Cheney's home to show their support and open their wallets for Mitt Romney. During the event, Romney called Cheney "a great leader," and Cheney returned the compliment, saying "there's only one man" who meets the requirements to be President of the United States: Mitt Romney.
If people thought a Romney White House would be any different from the administration that brought us the Bush tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires, rushed us into war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and led us to the brink of another Great Depression, they better think again.
We don't need photo proof to tell us who Romney is counting on to lead him through his presidency.
Guess who else recently gave a rousing speech "just outside" the property of Mitt Romney's recent high-dollar donor retreat? None other than George W. Bush's mastermind, Karl Rove.
We've moved on from these guys and their disastrous policies once. We can't afford to go back.
